Golden monggo soup with shrimp!
A new and delightful combination by our talented cook, Ate Shirley.
C’est magnifique. ♥
(And I’m saying this as someone who normally hates eating veggies.)
Steamed shrimp with lemon butter sauce and rice ♥
Dinner tonight:
Didn’t get the orange sauce prawns I wanted, but close enough. :3

September 5, 2009 / Fancy dinner at Felix, Greenbelt 5:
Chicken fillet stuffed with spinach & mozzarella cheese, wrapped in bacon, served with mashed potatoes, broccoli, and creamy sauce. Consumed in between sips of fresh apple shake, bits of apple skin included. MMMMMM. Love!
I wish I had my big camera with me. These phone-camera shots just don’t do the dish justice! Also, I totally appreciate that sweet green succulent table centerpiece.
Meaty cheesy lasagna
Creamy buttery sugary silvana
Yesterday, I guess it wasn’t such a good idea to tell Mika about my new food blog, because we ended up getting hungry and eating at the first restaurant we stopped at (Red Ribbon). Carla joined us and had a slice of tiramisu too.
On the long ride home we talked about music and virtual reality (if people can have sex in Second Life, can they have babies, and what happens then?)… everything is perceived value.
Carla stayed at my place for a while and we had Ate Shirley’s awesome steamed lapu-lapu fish in soysauce for dinner and big black grapes for dessert. We had a long, long talk about boys. ;)
